Mango Sago Pudding
That Sunday afternoon feeling when you realise mangoes are going out of fashion (or, at least, out of season). Of course, when this realisation strikes, you rush to make a quick mango sago dessert. Make the most of your mangoes before they disappear — because then all we’ll be left with is a dreary, Covid-filled year.
This is a simple 4-ingredient-10-minute delight, topped with assorted fruit balls.
Fresh mango pulp;
Soaked sago pearls (sabudana), boiled until translucent;
Condensed milk;
Coconut milk.
