Bread and Butter Pudding

There's Bread and Butter Pudding. And then there's Bread and Butter Pudding.

For me, the staid, muted, understated, (some say boring, I don't!) British bread and butter pudding is set on fire and transformed into a pudding with attitude.

Wish someone would set fire to the rest of British food too, to bring some sign of life into it 😀.
