Granola
Granola — fuel for many mornings of Zoom breakfasts.
Oats, almonds, walnuts, seeds…tossed with oil, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Spread thin on a paper-lined baking sheet. Ready to bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Baked, fragrant, and gold!
Once cooled, I toss in chopped raisins, dates, and candied fruit. Cluster together to form clumps and pop in a jar.
Great with milk or whipped yoghurt, or as a topping on a bowl of fruit for crunch…or just munch by the spoonful.
