Mushroom Focaccia
Focaccia with roasted garlic, herbs, and mushroom.
Dough made with flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, herbs, roasted garlic, and olive oil.
All puffed up and ready to transform into stretchy dough, oozing with gluten!
Punch down dough in a baking tray, building little puddles of olive oil.
Slice and fry mushrooms. Press them into the dough and sprinkle with salt flakes.
Pop in the oven — 20 minutes will do the trick for garlicky, mushroomy focaccia. Warm and squidgy and fluffy.
