Poha
Poha/pohe — flattened rice flakes. (Is Pohe just the plural of Poha? I have one Poha? But if I eat too much, it becomes Pohe?)
Assorted greens get chopped up: coriander, basil, mint, and any unloved herbs lurking at the back of the fridge. And a squeeze of lime!
